It also explains how information is handled when you use Rise AI Solutions plugins in ChatGPT.

4. Rise AI Solutions Plugins in ChatGPT

Rise AI Solutions provides plugins and reusable workflows for use within ChatGPT. Information handling depends on whether a plugin operates entirely within ChatGPT or connects to an external service.

4.1 Plugins That Operate Entirely Within ChatGPT

For plugins that provide instructions without external connections, uploaded files, prompts and generated outputs are processed within ChatGPT.

These plugins do not transmit that content to Rise AI Solutions or a Rise-operated server. Rise AI Solutions does not receive, access or retain copies of that content through these plugins.

4.2 Plugins With External Connections

A plugin that connects to Rise AI Solutions or another external service may transmit information needed to perform its functions.

Before making such a plugin available, we will provide applicable disclosures describing the information transmitted, its recipients, its purposes and relevant retention or deletion practices. Those disclosures supplement this Privacy Policy.

The ChatGPT-only processing statements in Section 4.1 do not apply to information transmitted through an external connection.

4.3 OpenAI’s Handling of Information

OpenAI’s applicable privacy policies, terms and your ChatGPT account settings govern how OpenAI handles content submitted to ChatGPT, including its retention and any use for model improvement.

Review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and the data controls available in your ChatGPT account.

Requests concerning information held by OpenAI should be managed through OpenAI’s available account controls or privacy request processes. Rise AI Solutions cannot access or delete that information on your behalf through a plugin that provides instructions without external connections.

4.4 Support Requests

If you separately contact Rise AI Solutions and provide files, screenshots or other information, we receive that information as part of your support request. We handle it under the other sections of this Privacy Policy.

Avoid including sensitive personal information in support requests. Only provide content you have permission to share.

5. Data Retention

We retain information received by Rise AI Solutions for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or meet applicable legal obligations.

This retention statement does not govern content processed within ChatGPT that Rise AI Solutions does not receive. OpenAI’s applicable policies and account controls govern that content.

For plugins with external connections, any additional retention practices will be described in the applicable plugin disclosures.

6. Your Choices and Rights

6.1 Opt Out of Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP.

6.2 Privacy Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Rise AI Solutions. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any identity verification requirements and permitted exceptions.

For information held by OpenAI within ChatGPT, use OpenAI’s privacy request processes or account controls.

For information held by another external provider, consult that provider’s privacy policy and request procedures.

6.3 Do Not Track

Our website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information held by Rise AI Solutions. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

OpenAI and other external providers manage security for information processed through their services under their applicable policies and practices.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and plugins may link to or operate through third-party services, including ChatGPT. Those providers handle information under their own policies.

Review the applicable provider’s privacy policy before submitting information or enabling an external connection.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services and plugins are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that Rise AI Solutions has received such information, we will take steps to delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will identify revisions by updating the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

Plugin-specific disclosures may also be updated when a plugin’s functions, external connections or information handling practices change.
